Coming together

You have an idea, a few committed people and a reason to get started. You need to explain it clearly, listen to the community and organise the first steps without creating a mountain of admin.

What might be getting in the way

  • People hear different versions of the idea, and nobody has a short explanation they can share.
  • Useful conversations are scattered across messages, notebooks and individual inboxes.
  • You need to hear from people beyond the core group before deciding what to do.

What we can make

  • Communications: a clear introduction to your idea, a simple community invitation and a reusable flyer or social template.
  • Digital: a shared workspace, a short listening survey and an interest form with an agreed way to manage responses.
  • Practical AI: use approved, non-sensitive notes to draft questions or a first introduction, with your group checking the meaning and facts.

Where to start

Start with one clear description of the idea and one way for people to respond. If that is already working, we can help organise what you learn and turn it into the next action.

We deliver: Prioritise, Build, Embed

Prioritise: Agree the main problem, the people involved and a useful result.

Build: Make the agreed introduction, listening tool and starter workspace.

Embed: Help the core group use them, assign ownership and agree how responses will shape the next step.

One approach, shaped around your stage

You can come to us at any stage. We agree the deliverables, responsibilities, formats, revisions, dates, price and review point in a written proposal before paid work begins. Software costs and ongoing support are identified separately. We support the communications and digital side of the work; specialist legal, financial or safeguarding advice remains with the appropriate experts.
