Communications
Good work deserves to be understood. We help charities, community organisations and social enterprises explain what they do, reach the right people and make their communications easier to keep up with.
Sound familiar?
Your newsletter is always a last-minute job. Your website takes three paragraphs to explain one service. Every poster looks different. You have plenty to say, but no clear plan for saying it. We can help turn that pile of jobs into something manageable.
Communications planning and strategy
We work out who you need to reach, what they need to understand and what you want them to do next. You receive a practical plan: audiences, messages, channels, priorities, responsibilities and a content calendar. No strategy gathering dust on a shelf.
Marketing and campaigns
Need people to sign up, use a service, attend an event or understand your social enterprise offer? We can shape the message, write the campaign copy and build the route from first interest to the next step. We agree the audience and purpose before choosing channels.
Content and design you can use
- Clear website and service-page copy.
- Newsletters, social posts, reports and campaign materials.
- Branded templates for posters, presentations and everyday updates.
- Plain-English editing and a consistent tone of voice.
We agree the number, format and revision rounds before starting. You receive the agreed finished materials and reusable templates. We can operate the recurring communications process for you, or scope a one-off project separately.
We deliver: Prioritise, Build, Embed
Prioritise: Pick the audience and communications problem worth solving. Build: Create the agreed plan, copy and design. Embed: Put the approval process to work, run the agreed service and review what improves.
A defined place to start
Our Delivery Sprint & Managed Communications starts with a £1,500 scoped setup. We build the templates and production process, then can run a defined monthly service: one newsletter and four social posts with graphics, approved publishing and a practical review. The pilot delivery month costs £490, making £1,990 with setup. Scope and dates are agreed before you commit; any continuation and its price are agreed separately after the review. AI is used only where suitable.

Ongoing support
Start with a scoped pilot and review the first month of delivery. Continue only if agreed, with named outputs, approval responsibilities and a review date. It is a defined service, with scope and price in writing—not an open-ended list of jobs.
