Communications & AI Delivery Sprint
Get your next campaign ready to run
You have a project, service or event to share. We turn the information into clear messages, finished copy and reusable branded designs, with one practical AI workflow to make the next round easier. You leave with materials ready for your team to approve and publish.
One audience. One campaign. A planned four-week delivery window. Scope, dates and a fixed project price are agreed in your proposal before paid work begins.
Is this for you?
The sprint suits charities and social enterprises with a live project, service or event, approved information to work from, and someone who can make decisions. You need help making the campaign, as well as a plan for getting it out. You do not need to know which AI tool to use.
What you receive
- One communications plan: your priority audience, core messages, up to two channels, responsibilities and a four-week publishing calendar.
- One campaign copy pack: one service or event description up to 600 words, one newsletter or email up to 500 words, and six social posts up to 100 words each.
- Six editable branded templates: two square social designs, one story design, one poster, one newsletter header and one presentation slide layout. Any format swaps are agreed at the start.
- One tested AI-assisted workflow: approved project information becomes draft campaign copy, with reusable prompts, a worked example and a human checking checklist.
- Two team sessions: a 60-minute briefing and a 60-minute practice and handover session, online.
- One consolidated revision round for the plan, copy and designs, plus corrections needed for the workflow to meet the agreed brief.
- A handover pack: editable files, the workflow guide, named responsibilities and a delivery review.
What happens over the four weeks?
- Week 1 — Prioritise: agree the audience, campaign action, source information and brief.
- Week 2 — Build: create the plan, copy and branded templates.
- Week 3 — Test: practise the AI workflow and collect one consolidated set of feedback.
- Week 4 — Embed: make the agreed revisions, run the handover session and review the finished work.
The schedule starts once the agreed information and access are available. Your proposal confirms dates and feedback deadlines. If approvals are delayed, we agree revised dates rather than rush unchecked content into publication.
Your part is clear
You provide the project facts, brand assets and any permissions needed to use them. One person gathers feedback and approves the final materials. Your team publishes the campaign and checks the facts; we make the materials and help you use the workflow. We agree the software and how information will be handled before using AI.
Scope and price, agreed before you commit
Send a short enquiry. We check fit and provide a written proposal with one fixed project price and payment milestones. There is no payment to submit an enquiry. Advertising spend, software subscriptions, full website rebuilds, ongoing posting, additional campaigns and formal AI policy work are separate unless your proposal explicitly includes them.
A few useful answers
Does it guarantee more donations, bookings or sales? We deliver the agreed materials and workflow. The response to a campaign depends on the offer, audience, reach and other factors; we agree what to measure without promising an income result.
Do we have to use AI? If it is not suitable for the task or your information, we explain why and scope a communications project with you. Nothing is uploaded to a new AI service without an agreed setup.
What if we just need policy support or training? Visit Practical AI or tell us the job you need done. We agree that focused scope separately.
Tell us about your campaign
What are you sharing, who needs to hear it and what do you want them to do? Send that, your organisation name and any deadline. We will check fit and explain the next step before you decide.
Optional monthly communications support
After the sprint, a defined monthly package can keep the work moving: one newsletter up to 500 words, four social posts up to 100 words each, one existing template update and a 30-minute review. Your team supplies approved updates and publishes the materials. One consolidated revision round is included. Scope, availability and the monthly price are agreed separately; there is no automatic subscription.
